Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care mode in the operating room and its effect on the quality of nursing. Methods A total of 64 surgical patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (32 cases) and the research group (32 cases). The control group was given conventional nursing mode, and the research group was given humanistic care mode. The emotional state(Hamilton anxiety scale [HAMA], Hamilton depression scale [HAMD]), nursing quality (writing standard, risk management ability, service attitude, professional skill operation) and patients' satisfaction with nursing staff and their service were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant difference HAMA and HAMD score between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, HAMA and HAMD score of the two groups were lower than before nursing, the HAMA score and HAMD score of the research group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing quality in the research group was higher than that in the control group, the total satisfaction of patients in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the operating room patients, the application of humanistic care mode, the nursing effect is ideal, can significantly improve the patients'anxiety, depression and other bad emotions, and improve the patient satisfaction, so as to further enhance the quality of nursing, worthy of promotion.
