Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of psychiatric modulation in perimenopausal anxiety patients. Methods A total of 104 patients treated in the Department of Psychiatric, Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from February 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects, including 52 patients in observation group and 52 patients in control group by randomized digital table. The control group took routine care, and the observation group gave psychoadjustment intervention based on the control group to compare the clinical care effect of the two groups, psychological status score before and after intervention, quality of life score, and patient satisfaction with clinical care. Results After 1 week of the intervention, the total nursing efficiency of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 week of intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores were lower than those before the intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 week of intervention, the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 week of intervention, the scores of the quality of life evaluation scale (SF-36) was higher than that before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 week of intervention, the SF-36 scores was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion psychiatric modulation can significantly improve the anxiety symptoms of perimenopausal patients, effectively enhance the physical and mental health of patients and improve the prognosis quality of life, and improve their satisfaction with medical care, which has high clinical application and promotion value.
