Objective To investigate the influence of Carboprost Tromethamine at different timings on puerperae with uterine atony and postpartum hemorrhage tendency after vaginal delivery.Methods From October 2020 to October 2021,86 puerperae with uterine atony and postpartum hemorrhage tendency after vaginal delivery who were admitted to the First Hospital of Longyan City in Fujian Province were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=43)and the observation group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine when the maternal bleeding volume reached 200 ml.The observation group was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine immediately after the fetus was delivered.Postpartum hemorrhage,uterine fundus height and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group after medication for 15 minutes,medication for 30 minutes,2 hours postpartum,and 24 hours postpartum were less than those in the control group,and the differences at different time points in the group were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage rate in the observation group (9.30%) was lower than that in the control group(30.23%),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The uterine fundus height of the observation group at 2,24,72,120 h postpartum were lower than those of the control group,and the differences at different time points in the group were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of maternal adverse reactions in the observation group(4.66%)was lower than that in the control group(20.93%),and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05).Conclusion For parturient with uterine atony and postpartum hemorrhage tendency after vaginal delivery,Carboprost Tromethamine can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage,reduce postpartum hemorrhage rate,accelerate uterine involution,shorten hospitalization time,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
