Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor reconstruction in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods A total of 88 female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to the Fukuang General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.Patients in the control group received traditional vaginal surgery, and patients in the experimental group received pelvic floor reconstruction. The basic operation conditions, pelvic floor electromyography, complication rate and pelvic floor function of the two groups of patients before and after the operation were compared. Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the operation time, catheter indwelling time, and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pelvic floor electromyography between the two groups of patients before operation(P>0.05).One month after operation, the pelvic floor EMG values of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The preoperative PFDI-20 scores of the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Three months after the operation, the PFDI-20 score of the test group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor reconstruction is effective in treating female pelvic floor dysfunction, which can further improve postoperative pelvic floor function with fewer complications.
