Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of 3D laparoscopy on gynecological uterine fibroids surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroids treated in Shangrao people′s Hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research object. The random number table method was used to divide 30 cases into the control group and 30 cases in the observation group. The control group used traditional 2D laparoscopic surgery, and the study group used 3D laparoscopic technology. The operation time, first exhaust time, time of hospital stay and intraoperative bleeding were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, first exhaust time, and hospitalization time of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional 2D laparoscopic surgery, the application of 3D laparoscopic technology shortens the operation time, first exhaust time, hospital stay, and reduces the amount of intraoperative bleeding. It is worthy of clinical application.
