Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of optimizing emergency triage process in patients with acute chest pain.Methods A total of 47 patients with acute chest pain admitted to Dalian Third People′s Hospital from August 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the control group,and 47 patients with acute chest pain admitted from March to August 2020 were selected as the research group.The control group was triaged by experience,and the study group was applied to optimize the triage process of emergency pre-examination.Patients′ satisfaction,triage time and first aid time were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.74%,which was higher than that of the control group (80.85%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The triage evaluation time of the study group was (1.86±0.22) min and the first aid time was (24.39±5.46) min,which were shorter than that of the control group (3.26±1.01) and (27.62±6.11) min,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimization of emergency triage process in patients with acute chest pain,good results,worthy of promotion and application.
