摘要 
目的 探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者阴道微生态与性激素的相关性分析。方法 选取2020年11月至2021年8月中山市小榄人民医院收治的PCOS患者101例作为研究组,选择同期进行妇科检查的健康女性100名作为对照组。比较两组的阴道微生态情况和血清睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)水平,分析PCOS阴道微生态与性激素关系。结果 研究组的乳酸菌比例≥70%、pH 3.8~4.5检出率、Nugent评分低于对照组,阴道微生态失衡率大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阴道微生态正常和失调的PCOS患者血清FSH、LH、PRL、T水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);阴道微生态失调的患者血清P、E2水平高于阴道微生态正常患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Nugent评分与患者血清FSH、LH、PRL以及T水平无相关性(P>0.05),与患者血清P水平呈负相关,与血清E2水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 PCOS患者存在阴道微生态失衡状态和性激素变化,PCOS患者阴道微生态变化与患者性激素存在一定的相关性,可能性激素的变化参与患者阴道微生态失衡的形成。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between vaginal microecology and sex hormones in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients.Methods A total of 101 patients with PCOS admitted to Xiaolan People′s Hospital of Zhongshan from November 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research group,and 100 healthy women who underwent gynecological examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The vaginal microecology and serum levels of testosterone(T),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)and prolactin(PRL)were compared between the two groups,the relationship between vaginal microecology and sex hormones in PCOS were analyzed.Results The proportion of lactic acid bacteria≥70%,the detection rate of pH 3.8-4.5 and Nugent score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the rate of vaginal microecological imbalance was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum levels of FSH,LH,PRL and T between PCOS patients with normal and dysregulated vaginal microecology(P>0.05).The levels of serum P and E2 in patients with vaginal microecology disorder were higher than those in patients with normal vaginal microecology,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nugent score had no correlation with serum levels of FSH,LH,PRL and T(P>0.05),but was negatively correlated with serum P level,and positively correlated with serum E2 level(P<0.05).Conclusion The status of vaginal microecological imbalance and sex hormone changes existed in patients with PCOS,and the vaginal microecological edge of PCOS patients and some correlation with sex hormones existed in patients,it is possible that hormone changes are involved in the formation of vaginal microecological imbalance in patients.
