Objective To study the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Ethinyl Estradiol and Cyproterone in the treatment of patients with incomplete abortion.Methods A total of 56 patients with incomplete abortion admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Nanchang City and its cooperative hospitals from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group(n=26,treated with Mifepristone combined with Ethinyl Estradiol and Cyproterone)and the control group(n=30,treated with uterine cureturation).The clinical efficacy,abortion related indicators(menstrual recovery time,uterine content disappearance time,endometrial thickness,ovarian size),gastrointestinal and stress indicators(vasoactive intestinal peptide[VIP],motilin[MTL],gastrin[GAS],cortisol[Cor],angiotensin-Ⅱ[AngⅡ])were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in menstrual recovery time and uterine contents disappearance time between the two groups(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness and ovarian size of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in MTL and GAS between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in VIP,Cor and AngⅡbetween the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The VIP,MTL and GAS of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,Cor and AngⅡof the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VIP of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while Cor and AngⅡwere lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with curettage,Mifepristone combined with Ethinyl Estradiol and Cyproterone is effective in treating patients with incomplete abortion,and it has less damage to endometrium and ovary function,and has a protective effect on gastrointestinal function,which should be paid attention to clinically.
