Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)combined with percutaneous percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 82 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to the ICU of Xiamen Third Hospital from January 2016 to August 2021 were selected as the subjects, and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with emergency PCI,and the observation group was combined with ECMO anticoagulation. Results After 7 days of treatment, the preoperative reaction time(R)and coagulation time(K value)of thromboelastography in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and amplitude(MA)and coagulation time(CI)levels were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after 7 days of treatment group, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction,ECMO anticoagulation has an ideal effect, and thromboelastography can be used to evaluate the prognosis of patients and understand the recovery of cardiac function after treatment.
