Since entering the new era,the demand of the state and society for talents has been further strengthened.As a high-level talent,the training of postgraduate is also facing new changes.It is an important direction of social development and the development of higher education to explore the ways and systems for the training of graduate students'innovation ability.With the increasing degree of internationalization of scientific research and academic exchange,and the increasing expectation of the practical application ability of graduate students,it is worthy of serious exploration by higher education workers how to integrate international cooperation and university-enterprise cooperation effectively to improve the international innovation ability of graduate students.Starting with the concept of joint training mechanism of the international cooperation and university-enterprise association,combining with the present problems existing in the postgraduate innovation ability training process,this article discusses the importantance and the feasibility of the organic combination of international cooperation and university-enterprise association joint.Then,the main ways of joint cultivation mechanism construction were put forward.This Practice is hoped to provide a good reference for the cultivation of pharmaceutical postgraduate innovation ability.
