Effect of ultrafiltration combined with Injection of Yiqi Fumai in the treatment of refractory heart failure

摘要目的 分析超滤联合注射用益气复脉治疗难治性心力衰竭的效果。方法 选取2017年6月至2020年5月于牡丹江医学院附属第二医院住院治疗的120 例难治性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组各60 例。对照组采用依那普利片、螺内酯片、琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗，研究组采用心力衰竭超滤联合注射用益气复脉治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的6 min 步行距离、心功能改善情况及治疗安全性。结果 治疗后，两组患者的6 min 步行距离长于治疗前，左室射血分数（LVEF）、每搏输出量（SV）、心输出量（CO）水平高于治疗前，且研究组患者的6 min 步行距离长于对照组，LVEF、SV、CO 水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗前后的收缩压、心率、血钠离子浓度，血钾离子浓度、碳酸氢根、血红蛋白、血小板计数、血肌酐和血尿素氮水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 超滤联合注射用益气复脉治疗难治性心力衰竭临床应用效果显著，且安全性高。
Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of ultrafiltration combined with Injection of Yiqi Fumai in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods A total of 120 patients with refractory heart failure hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College from June 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Enalapril Tablets,Spironolactone Tablets and Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-Release Tablets,while the study group was treated with heart failure ultrafiltration combined with Injection of Yiqi Fumai.The 6-min walking distance,cardiac function improvement and treatment safety were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,6 min walking distance of the two groups were longer than those before the treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),stroke volume (SV),cardiac output (CO)levels were higher than those before the treatment,and the 6 min walking distance of the study group was longer than that of the control group,LVEF,SV,CO levels were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure,heart rate,sodium ion concentration,potassium ion concentration,bicarbonate,hemoglobin,platelet count,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels between the two groups before and after treatment (P＞0.05).Conclusion Ultrafiltration combined with Injection of Yiqi Fumai has significant clinical effect and high safety in the treatment of refractory heart failure.
