Abstract:Objective To explore the effects and mechanism of glycyrrhetinic acid on proliferation,apoptosis,invasive and migration of endomic cancer cells.Methods Endometrial cancer cell lines Ishiawa were cultured in vitro,intervening with different concentrations of licoriceic acid,using MTT proliferation experiments,flow cytometry experiments and Transwell cells,respectively,different concentrations of glycyrrhetinic acid to proliferation,apoptosis and apoptosis of cervical cancer cells The effect of invasion and migration;the expression of Caspase-9 in the endometrial cancer cell treated endometrial cancer cells was detected by protein blotting,analysis of the expression of Caspase-9 level and the rate of cell apoptosis,proliferation and correlation,and the expression of Caspase-9 was observed.Results Under the effect of glycyrrhetinic acid,the proliferation ability of endometrial cancer Ishiawa cells decreased,the apoptosis rate increased,and the invasion and migration ability were weakened,but they were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The inhibition rate and apoptosis rate of 320 μmol/L glycyrrhetinic acid were higher than those of other cadmium concentrations,and cell migration and invasion were lower than those of other cadmium concentrations,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The expression of Caspase-9 in Ishiawa cells treated with glycyrrheidic acid was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Caspase-9 expression was lower at 320 μmol/L of glycyrrhetinic acid than at other concentrations,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that caspase-9 expression level was negatively correlated with cell apoptosis rate,and positively correlated with cell proliferation rate and invasion rate,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Glycyrrhetinic acid has an impact on endometrial cancer cell proliferation,apoptosis,and invasive migration,and its mechanism may be achieved by regulating expression of Caspase-9.
