Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography venography and endovascular angiography in postmenopausal benign and malignant endometrial lesions. Methods A total of 90 patients with suspected postmenopausal endometrial benign and malignant lesions who were admitted to Panyu Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Guangzhou from May to November 2021 were selected as the subjects. All patients completed ultrasound venography and endovascular angiography after admission. The physical diagnosis was taken as the "gold standard",and the detection rate and diagnostic efficacy of ultrasonography and endovascular angiography in postmenopausal benign and malignant endometrial lesions were analyzed.According to the results of pathological examination, they were divided into benign group and malignant group.Endometrial thickness and contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters were compared between the two groups. Results Of the 90 suspected patients,61 were confirmed by pathological examination, and 52 were finally confirmed by intracavitary ultrasonography, the accuracy was 70.00%,the sensitivity was 70.49%,and the specificity was 68.97%.57 cases were finally diagnosed by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, and the accuracy was 82.22%,the sensitivity was 83.61%,and the specificity was 79.31%.The rise time and peak time of malignant group were lower than those of benign group, peak intensity, endometrial thickness were higher than that of the benign group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound venography and endovascular angiography have higher detection rates in postmenopausal benign and malignant endometrial lesions, but ultrasound venography can obtain higher diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, which can guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
