戴明环模式介导的健康教育模式在帕金森病患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨戴明环（PDCA）模式介导的健康教育模式在帕金森病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月至2021年9月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院神经内二科收治的48 例帕金森病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（24 例）、观察组（24 例）。对照组采用常规教育模式，观察组采用PDCA 介导的健康教育模式。比较两组患者的认知功能、生活质量、睡眠指数。结果干预前，两组的蒙特利尔认知量表（MoCA）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预后两组MoCA 评分高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后，观察组MoCA评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预前，两组的生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预后两组GQOLI-74 评分高于干预前，观察组GQOLI-74 评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预前，两组的匹兹堡睡眠指数（PSQI）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预后两组PSQI 评分低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后，观察组PSQI 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 PDCA 介导的健康教育模式可改善帕金森病患者认知功能及睡眠质量，提高生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of health education model mediated by Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA) mode in Parkinson disease patients. Methods A total of 48 patients with Parkinson′s disease who were admitted to the Second Department of Neurology, Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (24 cases)and the observation group (24 cases) by random number table method. The control group adopted the conventional education model, and the observation group adopted the PDCA-mediated health education model. The cognitive function,quality of life and sleep index of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in Montreal cognitive scale (MoCA) score between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the MoCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the MoCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of the comprehensive assessment of quality of life (GQOLI-74) between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the GQOLI-74 scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the GQOLI-74 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)score between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the PSQI score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the PSQI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA-mediated health education model has a positive effect on the improvement of the quality of life of Parkinson disease patients.
