Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cancer pain in patients with advanced malignant tumors. Methods A total of 90 patients with cancer pain of advanced malignant tumors admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from June 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the order of admission, they were divided into routine group (45 cases) and observation group(45 cases).Patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional therapy, while patients in the observation group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the basis of the conventional group. The cancer pain score and the total incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cancer pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cancer pain patients with advanced malignant tumors can further improve the clinical treatment effect on the basis of conventional treatment and effectively reduce the pain caused by the disease to the human body. It has significant application value.
