Abstract：In 2018, the Ministry of Education issued Opinions On Strengthening The Collaborative Implementation of Medical Education to Implement The Excellent Doctor Education and Training Plan 2.0 (referred to as Opinions), which pointed out that with the development of "internet+", "internet+medical education" has become the development trend of medical education. Update the latest knowledge, technologies, and methods in the medical field, such as "internet+ health care" and "artificial intelligence+health care," into the teaching content so that medical students can keep up with the latest development in medicine. Under the background of the "internet +" era, the face-to-face medical internship model has been transformed into the online internship mode, which has become the focus of practitioners and managers in medical colleges. This article will summarize the research of students' online internships in the background of the "internet+" era. And it outlines the implementation mode and assessment methods of online medical pieces of training at home and abroad. In addition, it analyzes the problems and measures faced by medical students' online internships and provides a reference basis for medical students' online internship teaching in China.
