Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic and open hepatectomy in the treatment of hepatolithiasis.Methods From January 2016 to December 2020, a total of 122 patients with hepatolithiasis undergoing hepatectomy treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as research subjects for retrospective analysis. They were divided into observation group (n=55) and control group (n=67) according to different surgical methods. Laparoscopic hepatectomy was performed in the observation group, while open hepatectomy was performed in the control group. The perioperative indicators, stone clearance rate, total incidence of postoperative complications and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the laparoscopic group was longer than that of the open group, and the removal time of the abdominal drainage tube and the length of stay were shorter than those of the open group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss, first ventilation time, transfusion rate, total postoperative complication rate,stone residual rate and total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic hepatectomy is safe and effective in the treatment of hepatolithiasis, with quicker recovery and shorter hospital stay than open hepatectomy.
