Objective To investigate the effect of Kanglaite combined with stereotactic radiotherapy in improving the radiotherapy effect of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated in Shangrao Municipal Hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group (30 cases) and study group (30 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with stereotactic radiotherapy alone, and the study group was treated with stereotactic radiotherapy combined with Kanglaite.The total treatment efficiency and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After two cycles of treatment, the total treatment efficiency of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The physical function score, role function score and emotional function score in the quality of life questionare-C30 (QLQ-C30) score were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Kanglaite combined with stereotactic radiotherapy can effectively improve the efficiency of radiotherapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.It is an effective therapy for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.It is suitable for large-scale implementation and promotion in clinic.
