Abstract：Yishen Huashi Granules is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation,from Li Gao′s "Shengyang Yiwei Decoction" of Treatise On The Spleen And Stomach contains ginseng,astragalus membranaceus,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,poria cohoe and Alisma orientale(Sam.)Juzep and other more than 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients,the whole prescription has the effect of rising yang tonifying spleen,tonifying kidney and dampness,benefiting water and swelling.Modern pharmacological studies have found that Yishen Huashi Granules have strong anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptosis,immune regulation and anti-oxidative stress and other pharmacological effects.Kidney is wet particles is mainly used for clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN),can also be used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN),nephrotic syndrome (NS),membranous nephropathy (MN),henoch-schnlein purpura nephritis (HSPN),with lupus nephritis (LN),uremia and nutcracker syndrome (NCS),and other kidney disease,can significantly improve renal function,and achieved a good effect.In this paper,the pharmacological mechanism and clinical application of Yishen Huashi Granules will be systematically combed and elaborated in order to provide reference for further research and clinical application of Yishen Huashi Granules.
