人文照护服务联合微信小组互动干预在精神分裂症患者无抽搐电休克治疗中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨人文照护服务联合微信小组互动干预在精神分裂症患者无抽搐电休克（MECT）治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月上饶市第三人民医院收治的98 例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（49 例）和观察组（49 例）。对照组采用人文照护服务的方法，观察组采用人文照护联合微信小组互动的方法。比较两组患者的简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）评分，服药依从性及风险发生情况。结果两组干预前的BPRS 各项评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组干预后的幻觉感知、心境抑郁、罪恶观念、装相作态评分均低于干预前，且观察组的各项评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者干预后的服药依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的风险总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论人文照护和微信小组的联合护理对精神分裂症患者MECT 治疗有着积极影响，能提高服药依从性，改善精神症状，有临床推广价值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care combined with WeChat group interaction intervention on patients with schizophrenia treated by modified electroconvulsive therapy (MECT).Methods A total of 98 patients with schizophrenia treated in Shangrao Third People′s Hospital between June 2019 and June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group (n=49) and the observation group (n=49) according to the random number table method.The control group adopted humanistic care service,while the observation group was given humanistic care combined with WeChat group interaction.The brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS)score,medication compliance and risk occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in BPRS scores between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of hallucination perception,mood depression,evil concept and affectation in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The compliance of observation group was higher than that in the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total risk incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Combined nursing of humanistic care and WeChat group has a positive effect on MECT treatment of patients with schizophrenia,and it can enhance the medication compliance and improve the mental symptoms,with clinical promotion value.
