Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hormone replacement therapy combined with Kuntai Capsules treatment in menopausal patients with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 64 postmenopausal HPV-infected patients admitted to Dexing Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangxi Province from July to December 2020. They were divided into the observation group (34 cases) and the control group (30 cases) according to different treatment plans, the control group was treated with vaginal plugs, and the observation group was treated with hormone replacement therapy combined with Kuntai Capsules + vaginal plugs. The efficacy and immune function of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The CD4+ levels of patients of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the CD8+ levels of patients of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment, the CD4+ after treatment of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, CD8+ of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of menopausal HPV infection with hormone replacement therapy combined with Kuntai Capsules can improve the curative effect of negative conversion and enhance the immune function of patients.
