Application effect of diversified nursing in children with amblyopia

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing in the nursing of children with amblyopia. Methods From February 2020 to April 2021, 580 children with amblyopia admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology, the 910th Hospital of the Joint Support Force of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army were selected as research subjects. They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 290 cases and 290 eyes in each group. The control group used routine nursing. The study group used diversified care. The guidance effect and parents′ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of moderate and severe amblyopia in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of mild amblyopia nursing between the two groups (P>0.05). The total satisfaction of parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Diversified nursing guidance is adopted in the nursing of amblyopia in children, and the satisfaction of parents is higher. The effectiveness of pediatric amblyopia nursing is very significant, especially for moderate and severe amblyopia. Diversified nursing instruction has excellent nursing value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
