基于PERMA模式的积极心理干预在中晚期宫颈癌患者中的应用价值

摘要目的探讨基于PERMA模式的积极心理干预在中晚期宫颈癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2021年8月九江市第三人民医院收治的64例中晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各32例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施基于PERMA模式的积极心理干预，两组患者均持续护理4周。比较两组患者创伤后应激障碍、主观幸福感、生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组干预后创伤后应激障碍量表（PCL-C）中反复创伤性体验症状、情感麻木与回避症状和警觉性过强所致易激惹症状评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组干预后总体幸福感评估量表（GWB）、生活质量量表（QLQ-C30）评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意度为93.75%，高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论基于PERMA模式的积极心理干预能够减轻中晚期宫颈癌患者创伤后应激障碍，增强患者主观幸福感，促进生活质量改善，从而提升护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of positive psychological intervention based on PERMA model in patients with advanced cervical cancer. Methods A total of 64 patients with advanced cervical cancer treated in Jiujiang Third People′s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as research objects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received positive psychological intervention based on PERMA model on the basis of the control group. Both groups received continuous nursing for 4 weeks. Post traumatic stress disorder, subjective well-being, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the scores of repeated traumatic experience symptoms, emotional numbness and avoidance symptoms and irritable symptoms caused by excessive alertness in the PTSD checklist-civilian version (PCL-C) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of general well-being scale (GWB) and quality of life questionnare-core 30 (QLQ-C30) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Positive psychological intervention based on PERMA model can reduce post-traumatic stress disorder in patients with advanced cervical cancer, enhance patients′ subjective well-being, promote the improvement of quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction.
