细节管理在健康体检人群中的应用及效果

摘要目的探究细节管理在健康体检人群中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年9月于中国人民解放军北部战区总医院健康医学科进行健康体检的88名人员作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为参照组和试验组，各44名。参照组行常规体检管理，试验组在参照组的基础上加行细节管理，比较两组研究对象的检查等候时间及满意率。结果试验组的抽血等待时间、尿常规等候时间、心电图等候时间、内外科检查等候时间均短于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组研究对象的总满意率高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论健康体检人群采用细节管理，能够缩短各项检查等候时间，拉近医患距离，提高满意率，值得推广和应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of detail management in the population of healthy physical examination. Methods A total of 88 persons underwent physical examination in Department of Health Medicine of General Hospital of the Northern Theater of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The reference group received routine physical examination management, and the experimental group received detail management on the basis of the reference group. The waiting time and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The waiting time of blood drawing, routine urine test, electrocardiogram and internal and external examination in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of detail management in physical examination can shorten the waiting time for various examinations, shorten the distance between doctors and patients, and improve the satisfaction rate. It is worth popularizing and applying.
