Discussion and reflection on the integration of the Communist Party of China construction and professional work in public hospitals under the new situation

Abstract：As the main body of China′s medical service system, public hospitals are the fresh force of the health front led by the Communist Party of China and an important window to serve the people. Public hospitals also undertake the important responsibility of implementing the Communist Party of China′s health policy and protecting people′s life and health. In recent years, the hospitals have actively implemented the spirit of the Communist Party of China central committee on strengthening party building in public hospitals and integrates the Communist Party of China building work into all aspects of hospital work. This paper expounds the necessity of strengthening the Communist Party of China construction of public hospitals and promoting the integration of the Communist Party of China construction and professional work in the new period from the perspectives of deepening the reform of public hospitals, establishing modern hospital management system and developing hospital itself. This paper analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the integration of the Communist Party of China construction in hospitals and also discusses the strengthen the ideological and political construction, organizational construction, system construction, perfect organizational structure, perfect system and mechanism. This paper puts forward the ways and methods of integrating the Communist Party of China construction and business in public hospitals under modern hospital management system.
