Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of stress vaccination training on the health literacy and perceived stress of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 70 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the research objects, who admitted to Rizhao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May to November 2020, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups of patients were treated with conventional drugs, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received stress vaccination training. Total nursing satisfaction, health literacy and perceived stress scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the scores of health literacy and perceived stress between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the scores of health literacy and perceived stress in the observation group after 1 month of intervention compared with those before intervention (P>0.05). After 2 and 3 months of intervention, the health literacy scores of the observation group were higher than those before intervention, and the perceived stress scores were lower than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of health literacy and perceived stress in the control group after 1, 2 and 3 months of intervention were not significantly different from those before intervention (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the scores of health literacy and perceived stress between the two groups after 1 month of intervention (P>0.05). After 2 and 3 months of intervention, the scores of health literacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of perceived stress were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of stress vaccination training in patients with coronary heart disease improved the patients′ total nursing satisfaction, the health literacy level of the patients was improved and the perceived stress was reduced after 2 months of the intervention.
