基于格林模式的健康教育对肠造口患者社交回避的影响

摘要目的分析基于格林模式的健康教育对肠造口患者社交回避的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年6月吉安市中心人民医院肿瘤科接诊的80例肠造口患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，每组各40例。对照组患者采用常规健康宣教，观察组患者采用基于格林模式的健康教育。比较两组患者的社交回避情况、造口自我护理能力及出院后3个月内造口并发症发生率。结果干预后8周，观察组患者的社交回避与苦恼量表（SADS）评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后8周，观察组患者的造口自我护理量表-普通版（SSCS-GV）评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。出院后3个月内，观察组患者造口并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论基于格林模式的健康教育可减少肠造口患者社交回避，提高自我护理能力，减少并发症发生。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of Green′s model-based health education on social avoidance in patients with colostomy. Methods A total of 80 patients with enterostomy admitted to the Department of Oncology, Ji′an Central People′s Hospital from October 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine health education, and the patients in the observation group were given the Green′s model-based health education. The social avoidance, stoma self-care ability and the incidence of stoma complications within 3 months after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results Eight weeks after the intervention, the social avoidance and distress scale (SADS) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Eight weeks after the intervention, the stoma self-care scale-general version (SSCS-GV) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Within 3 months after discharge, the total incidence of stoma complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Green′s model-based health education can reduce the social avoidance of colostomy patients, improve self-care ability, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
