Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of standard control function of automatic blood component separator on the quality of platelet concentrate products.Methods From September 2019 to June 2020,90 whole blood samples from Ganzhou City Center Blood Station were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group used fully automatic blood component separator to separate and prepare white membrane layer and concentrated platelets in standard quantity,while the control group used fully automatic blood component separator to separate and prepare concentrated platelets in white membrane layer in standard quantity and manual method with plasma separation clamp.The preparation effects of the two groups was compared.Results The volume,the amount of red blood cells mixed and the amount of white blood cells mixed in the observation group were all less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The platelets count and white blood cell count in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the hematocrit of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional manual separation of concentrated platelets,the automatic blood component separator can improve the quality of concentrated platelets by setting the standard control function,which is worthy of popularization and application.
