Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Irbesartan combined with Jianpi Yishen Decoction in the treatment of IgA nephritis.Methods A total of 50 patients with IgA nephritis treated in the Department of Nephrology and Rheumatology of the Fourth People′s Hospital of Nanhai District in Foshan City from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group and the study group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Irbesartan combined with Jianpi Yishen Decoction,the reference group was treated with Irbesartan alone.The levels of serum C-reactive protein,quality of life and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the level of serum C-reactive protein between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).The level of serum C-reactive protein in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of complications after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with Jianpi Yishen Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of IgA nephritis.It can stabilize the level of serum C-reactive protein,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the safety of treatment,and ensure the final treatment effect of the disease.It has ideal clinical value.
