Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of Feike Granule and Omeprazole in children with gastroesophageal reflux disease complicated with pneumonia.Methods A total of 86 children with gastroesophageal reflux disease complicated with pneumonia treated in pediatrics of Changping District Hospital of Beijing from April 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with Feike Granule and Omeprazole.The curative effect,regression time of various clinical symptoms,hospitalization time,the quality of life score (QOL) before and after treatment,the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor were detected-α (TNF-α) and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The remission time of dyspnea,lung sounds and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the QOL scores and level of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α of the two groups (P＞0.05).After one month of treatment,the QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α levels were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion The use of Feike Granule and Omeprazole in children with gastroesophageal reflux complicated with pneumonia can achieve better therapeutic effect,which can quickly alleviate their clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory injury,improve the quality of life,and have less adverse reactions.It has the value of clinical promotion.
