Abstract:Objective Explore the application effect of "Internet +" on the self-management behavior of hypertensive patients in primary hospitals. Methods A total of 110 hypertensive patients treated in Zouping People′s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into the control group (55 cases)and the observation group (55 cases) according to random number table method. The control group received conventional treatment, nursing, and follow-up methods, while the observation group received "Internet +" to manage hypertensive patients on the basis of conventional interventions. The compliance rate of self-management behaviors, the number of irregularities in each dimension of self-management, the compliance rate of blood pressure and satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Results The self-management behavior compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The numbers of irregularities in the six dimensions of self-management in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The blood pressure compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion "Internet +" can improve the self-management ability of hypertension patients in primary hospitals, it is worthy of clinical application.
