Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with Mifepristone in endometriosis. Methods A total of 50 patients with endometriosis in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random drawing, with 25 cases in each group. The observation group received laparoscopic surgery combined with Mifepristone treatment, and the control group received conventional treatment. The cure time, operation time, length of hospital stay, hospitalization cost, the complication rate and the recurrence rate, visual analogue scale (VAS) and climacteric symptom score (Kupperman modified score) were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, length of hospital stay and cure time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the hospitalization cost of the observation group was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications and the recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the VAS score and Kupperman score between the two groups (P>0.05).The VAS score and Kupperman score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and Kupperman score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with Mifepristone is effective in the treatment of endometriosis
