腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮在子宫内膜异位症中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮在子宫内膜异位症中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月滨州医学院附属医院的50 例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象，采用随机抽签分组原则将其分为观察组和对照组，每组25 例。观察组采用腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗，对照组采用常规治疗。比较两组的治愈时间、手术时间、住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率和复发率、疼痛视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale，VAS）和更年期症状评分（Kupperman 改良评分法）。结果观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间、治愈时间短于对照组，住院费用少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率和复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组的VAS 评分、Kupperman 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组治疗后的VAS 评分、Kupperman 评分低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的VAS 评分、Kupperman 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果显著。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with Mifepristone in endometriosis. Methods A total of 50 patients with endometriosis in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random drawing, with 25 cases in each group. The observation group received laparoscopic surgery combined with Mifepristone treatment, and the control group received conventional treatment. The cure time, operation time, length of hospital stay, hospitalization cost, the complication rate and the recurrence rate, visual analogue scale (VAS) and climacteric symptom score (Kupperman modified score) were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, length of hospital stay and cure time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the hospitalization cost of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of complications and the recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the VAS score and Kupperman score between the two groups (P＞0.05).The VAS score and Kupperman score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and Kupperman score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with Mifepristone is effective in the treatment of endometriosis
