Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of small needle knife combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection in the treatment of stenotic tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum. Methods A total of 60 patients with stenotic tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum from February 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with fixed-point interventional therapy of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection, and the patients in the observation group were treated with small needle knife combined with fixed-point interventional therapy of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, rehabilitation time, pain score after treatment, quality of life score before and after treatment and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The rehabilitation time of patients in the observation group after treatment was shorter than that in the control group, and the VAS score in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There were no significant differences in the scores of physiological function, physical movement, social function, living state and spiritual vitality between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment, the scores of of physiological function, physical movement, social function, living state and spiritual vitality of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the scores of physiological function, physical movement, social function, living state and spiritual vitality of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The degree of total treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Small needle knife combined with fixed-point interventional therapy of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection can improve the treatment effect of stenotic tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum, promote the rehabilitation of patients, improve their quality of life and improve their treatment satisfaction. The overall application effect is ideal and worthy of recommendation.
