Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of micro-teaching combined with time node management in skill teaching of nursing students. Methods A total of 62 nursing students who practiced in Deyang People′s Hospital from May 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group (31 cases) and experimental group (31 cases) by random number table method. The control group used traditional methods for skill teaching, and the experimental group used micro-teaching combined with time point management for skill teaching. The teaching satisfaction, skill operation examination results, teaching quality level and qualified rate of the two groups were compared. Results The teaching satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The performance of skill operation test group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The teaching quality score and pass rate of experimental group were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of micro-teaching combined with time node management in the skill teaching of nursing students can achieve good results, significantly improve the teaching quality, help nursing students better master skills and improve their satisfaction, and has high clinical promotion value.
