Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of Olanzapine combined with Fluoxetine in the treatment of bipolar disorder. Methods A total of 100 patients with bipolar disorder treated in the Third Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from February 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by computer two-color ball grouping method, with 50 patients in each group. Observation group was treated with Olanzapine combined with Fluoxetine, while control group was treated with Lithium Carbonate. The symptom index, clinical treatment effect and adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, Bech-Rafaelsen mania rating scale (BRMS) score and positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Olanzapine combined with Fluoxetine can inhibit the manic state of patients with bipolar disorder, improve the clinical symptoms of patients, the treatment effect is significant, and medication safety, high feasibility value.
