Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Ligustrazine Injection on acute heart failure and its effect on cardiac function and hemodynamics. Methods A total of 115 patients with acute heart failure treated in No.909 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the PLA and Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2018 to June 2021 were divided into Ligustrazine group(58 cases)and control group(57 cases)according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment, and the patients in the Ligustrazine group were treated with routine treatment plus Ligustrazine Injection. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function and hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were compared before and after 10 d of treatment. Results The total effective rate in the Ligustrazine group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular end diastolic and systolic diameters of the two groups were shorter than those of before treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke output of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the left ventricular end diastolic and systolic diameters of the Ligustrazine group were shorter than those of the control group, the left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke output of the Ligustrazine group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the mean pulmonary artery pressure, central venous pressure, systemic circulation resistance and pulmonary circulation resistance of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the indexes of the Ligustrazine group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ligustrazine Injection is effective in the treatment of acute heart failure. It can effectively improve the indexes of cardiac function and hemodynamics in patients with acute heart failure, and it′s worthy of further study.
