情境式交往式干预联合双轨道互动护理对青年双相情感障碍患者情绪症状及生活质量的影响

摘要目的分析情境式交往式干预联合双轨道互动护理对青年双相情感障碍患者情绪症状及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月江西上饶市第三人民医院收治的80 例双相情感障碍患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为实验组（40 例）与对照组（40 例），对照组给予双轨道互动护理干预，实验组在对照组的基础上联合情境式交往式干预。比较两组患者干预前后抑郁评分、焦虑评分、日常生活能力评分。结果实验组后抑郁及焦虑评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组干预后日常生活能力障碍评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论情境式交往式干预联合双轨道互动护理能够有效减轻双相情感障碍青年患者焦虑及抑郁程度，改善患者心理健康状况，增强患者日常生活能力，进一步改善患者生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of situational communication intervention combined with dual track interactive nursing on the emotional symptoms and quality of life in young patients with bipolar disorder. Methods A total of 80 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Shangrao City from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into experimental group (n=40) and control group (n=40) according to the random number table method. The control group was given dual track interactive nursing intervention, while the experimental group combined with situational communication intervention on the basis of the control group. The depression score, anxiety score and score of ability of daily living before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of depression and anxiety in experimental group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention,the score of ability of daily living impairment in experimental group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Situational communication intervention combined with dual track interactive nursing for young patients with bipolar disorder can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression, improve the psychological health status, enhance the ability of daily living, and further improve the quality of life of patients.
