Abstract:Objective To understand the current situation of blood donor satisfaction in Zhuhai Central Blood Station,and to provide reference for improving the overall service quality. Methods A total of 2813 blood donors who donated blood without compensation in Zhuhai Central Blood Station from January to November 2020 were selected as the research objects. A self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of blood donors with telephone survey by the Quality Management Office of Zhuhai Central Blood Station, and their satisfaction was recorded and analyzed. Results The overall satisfaction rate of 2813 blood donors was 99.93%, among which the satisfaction rate of clothing and blood donation environment was 100.00%. The unsatisfied blood donors were mainly those with high school education or above, those who were employed and those who had donated blood once. Among 2813 blood donors,a total of 72 gave specific suggestions or opinions, mainly regarding blood donation services. Conclusion Blood donors to higher overall satisfaction of Zhuhai Central Blood Station, when there is a large blood but long waiting time, poor environmental management and some of the blood donation nurse puncture technique to improve the deficiencies, such as blood stations in pursuance of management should be strengthened and the nurse training, constantly improve the management level and puncture level, in order to improve the overall quality of service.
