Effect of focus oriented psychological intervention on perioperative patients with common bile duct stones treated by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography

Objective To explore the effect of focus oriented psychological intervention in perioperative patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Methods A total of 80 patients with common bile duct stones treated in Jingdezhen Second People′s Hospital from June 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and test group (40 cases). The control group received routine nursing and the test group received focus oriented psychological intervention. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared, The anxiety, depression and quality of life of the two groups before and 1 month after nursing intervention were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the score of comprehensive hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) in the test group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of the MOS item short from health survey 36 (SF-36) in the test group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with choledocholithiasis treated by ERCP, focus oriented psychological intervention can improve negative emotion, improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
