Abstract：Objective To study the effect of all-round nursing intervention in patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,250 patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Liaoning Provincial People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group(125 cases)and the experimental group(125 cases)by the balltouching method.The reference group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received all-round nursing.Quality of life,mood before and after nursing and heart rate were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in quality of life and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).After nursing,quality of life score of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,SAS score of experimental group was lower than that of reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SAS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The heart rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can help patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease improve the quality of life,alleviate the adverse mood,reduce the impact of the disease on their own,worthy of promotion and application.
