Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of breathing training and psychological counseling in patients with liver MR-enhanced scanning. Methods A total of 130 patients undergoing enhanced liver MR scans who were admitted to Xianning First People′s Hospital from April 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the observation group(n=65)and the control group(n=65).Patients in the control group were received routine nursing care, and patients in the observation group were received respiratory training and psychological counseling on the basis of routine nursing. The psychological status and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of breathing training and psychological counseling on the basis of routine nursing in patients with enhanced liver MR scan can improve the mental state and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
