Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of acupuncture analgesia in the perioperative period of transperineal prostate puncture. Methods From January 2018 to February 2021,60 patients undergoing transperineal prostate puncture in Jiangxi Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to random number table methods. The observation group was treated with acupuncture analgesia combined with prostate peripheral nerve block anesthesia, and the control group was treated with prostate nerve block anesthesia alone. The operation time of the two groups was compared, the pain degree evaluating with visual analogue scale(VAS)score at different time points, and the difference levels of blood pressure and heart rate at different time points were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS score level of the two groups during local anesthesia and puncture were higher than those of the probe placement, and the VAS score of the needle of the two groups were lower than those of the probe, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group during probe placement, local anesthesia, puncture and needle acupuncture were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the difference levels of blood pressure and heart rate between the observation group after anesthesia, puncture and after puncture(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the difference levels in the heart rate between the control group after anesthesia, puncture and after puncture(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the difference levels of blood pressure between the two groups after puncture(P>0.05).The difference level of blood pressure during and after puncture in the control group was lower than that after anesthesia, the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference level of blood pressure after anesthesia and puncture in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference level of heart rate after anesthesia, puncture and after puncture in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture analgesia has a good effect in the perioperative period of transperineal prostate puncture, which can reduce the pain of patients and stabilize the levels of perioperative blood pressure and heart rate.
