Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of clustered nursing to prevent deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after hemorrhagic shock of heterotopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 120 patients with hemorrhagic shock during heterotopic pregnancy who were admitted to Fuzhou First People's Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into experimental group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)by random number table method. The control group was given routine care, and the experimental group used the clustered care model on the basis of routine care. The postoperative time of getting out of bed, hospital stay and nursing time were compared between the two groups. The lower limb motor function of the two groups was compared after surgery. The incidence of postoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative time of getting out of bed, hospital stay and nursing time in observation group were shorter than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, lower limb motor function of observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing job satisfaction scores in of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in care and love, service and technology, environment and guidance, total score, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing for patients with hemorrhagic shock of heterotopic pregnancy can effectively improve the recovery ability of patients' lower limb motor function, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work.
