Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation of hope level,anxiety,depression and coping style of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 140 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from February to April 2021 after PCI were selected as research objects according to convenient sampling method.They were investigated by herth hope index(HHI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAD),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ).Results The hope level score of patients after PCI was(29.96±2.06)points,the anxiety was(55.38±8.29)points,the depression score was(53.63±7.01)points.The“avoidance”coping style scored highest with(18.89±1.24)points.The hope level was negatively correlated with anxiety(r=-0.387, P<0.01),depression(r=-0.416, P<0.01),“avoidance”(r=-0.168, P<0.05)and“submission”coping style(r=-0.339, P<0.01),but positively correlated with“facing”coping style(r=0.179, P<0.05).Conclusion The hope level of patients after PCI is closely related to anxiety,depression and coping style.Medical staff should strengthen the psychological support of patients after PCI,reduce anxiety and depression,so as to improve the hope level and promote positive coping mode.
