Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of accurate cardiac gastric varicose devascularization under endoscope (ESVD).Methods From May 2018 to January 2019,100 patients with ruptured esophageal and gastric varicose bleeding from liver cirrhosis treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50) according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with ESVD,the control group was treated with the traditional way.The effectiveness of treatment,the incidence of rebleeding and the mortality of follow-up in the two groups were compared..Results The success rate of initial hemostasis and the effective rate of one-time elimination of varicose veins in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of rebleeding and mortality were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion ESVD can improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis of patients with esophageal and gastric varicose bleeding due to portal hypertension in liver cirrhosis.It can be used as a safe and effective endoscopic treatment.
