Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application value of predictive preventive nursing in patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 80 cases with essential hypertension admitted in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine cardiology nursing,the observation group received predictive preventive nursing,and the adverse events of nursing safety were compared between the two groups.Then the satisfaction between the two groups was compared.The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses in the two groups were compared..Results The total proportion of nursing safety adverse events such as bed falling,falling,scalding and drug misuse in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction in observation group was better than that in control group,the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospitalization expenses was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive preventive nursing for hospitalized patients in cardiology department can effectively reduce nursing adverse events,improve nursing satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time and reduce medical expenses.
