Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of rapid response team in obstetric critical operation nursing. Methods A total of 156 cases of pregnant women who need emergency cesarean section in Ganzhou People′s Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object, according to the time sequence, they were divided into the control group (82 cases from January to September 2018) and the experimental group (74 cases from October 2018 to June 2019).The control group was given operation nursing cooperation according to the routine nursing care of emergency cesarean section,on this basis, the experimental group established a rapid response team with anesthesia department as the first to provide comprehensive medical and nursing cooperation for emergency cesarean section. The related time, neonatal Apgar score and umbilical artery blood pH value were compared between the two groups..Results The time for pregnant women to arrive at operating room, nursing preparation time in operating room, anesthesia completion time, arrival time of neonatal pediatrician, time from skin incision to fetal delivery and decision to delivery interval (DDI) in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the Apgar score and umbilical artery blood pH value in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of obstetric rapid response team for emergency simulation training and optimization of emergency cooperation process can effectively shorten the DDI of critical obstetric surgery, improve the success rate of rescue, ensure the safety of patients, and effectively improve the prognosis of newborns.
