Abstract:Objective To analyze the situation of prescription intervention in outpatient pharmacy of Bao′an Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shenzhen City (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"),and formulate measures to improve the quality of prescription,promote rational drug use and ensure medical safety.Methods From November 2018 to 2019 December,outpatient pharmacists found unreasonable prescriptions and communicated with doctors in advance.At the same time,a total of 429 intervention prescriptions were retained.Retrospective analysis of these prescriptions was conducted.Typical unreasonable prescriptions were analyzed and discussed..Results The unreasonable prescription was avoided by the intervention beforehand.Among them,there were 19 sheets (4.4%) with non-standard prescriptions,378 sheets (88.1%) with inappropriate prescriptions,and 32 sheets (7.5%) with abnormal prescriptions.The biggest problem in the classification of unreasonable prescriptions was 207 sheets (48.25%) with inappropriate usage and dosage,followed by clinical diagnosis and drug inconsistency,abnormal prescription and contraindications.Conclusion There is still unreasonable situation in outpatient prescription of our hospital,corresponding countermeasures should be taken in time to constantly improve and perfect the intervention measures,in order to improve the quality of prescription and rational drug use level,to ensure medical safety.
