Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of role-playing technology in rehabilitation nursing of bipolar ma nia patients.Methods A total of eighty patients with bipolar mania hospitalized in Jiujiang Fifth People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided in to the control group and the study group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,based on this,the study group was given role-playing training,for three weeks,the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results Mania scale (BRMS) score and World Health Organization quality of life scale (WHOQOL-100) scores before training in both groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).The BRMS score of the study group after training was (7.94±1.69) points,lower than that in the control group of (10.05±2.27) points,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Whoqol-100 scores of the study group after training was (344.78±26.02) points,higher than that in the control group of (318.06±23.67) points,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Role playing technology has high application value in rehabilitation nursing of bipolar mania patients.It alleviates the mania,reduce the impact of disease on patients′ quality of life.
