Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of integrated medical and nursing mode in thyroid microwave ablation. Methods The clinical data of 65 patients undergoing microwave thyroid ablation in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2016 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients who carried out the nursing intervention of the integrated medical and nursing model were classified as the observation group (n=33).Patients with nursing intervention were classified as control group (n=32).The operation-related indicators, nursing satisfaction, intraoperative pain and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, the total operation bleeding was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the visual analog scales(VAS) score was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The thyroid microwave ablation of patients with integrated medical and nursing care can shorten the operation time, reduce body trauma, reduce pain, reduce complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
